Student meal accounts closing out this school year with a
positive balance, will be rolled over for the September 2009

HFM to offer adult English course
HFM BOCES will offer a course for adult English Language
Learners that will focus on reading and writing in American
English. To qualify, a student must be 18 or older and have
advanced speaking and listening skills in English. (more

District to bid farewell to nine retirees
Nine longtime Fonda-Fultonville staff will say goodbye to nine
of its employees at the end of this school year. For over a
combined 200 years, they have faithfully served the school
district, its parents and its children. To each we say thank you
and best of luck in your future. You will be missed!

Schools"

do your neighbors and your relatives. It all added up.
Your efforts paid off in a huge fashion when Price Chopper
announced that Fonda-Fultonville Central School was the Grand

Swine flu update
Despite claims of suspected cases, no cases of swine flu have been
confirmed in our
region. Our administrators and health staff are aware of the
symptoms and are monitoring student attendance and health
complaints. Should we or any area school encounter swine flu, we
will immediately notify parents. For more information concerning
