Barmen
named Key Club Lieutenant Governor
Fonda-Fultonville High School Key Club Secretary
Joshua Barmen has been elected the 2009-2010 Lieutenant Governor
for New York District Key Club Division 17. He achieved the
honor during a Division 17 meeting at Fonda-Fultonville High
School on Saturday, February 28th. In his new post, he will
oversee the 13 area high school Key Club comprising Division 17.
Those school include Amsterdam, Broadalbin-Perth,
Fonda-Fultonville, Gloversville, Johnstown, Mayfield, Mohonasen,
Niskayuna, Schalmont, Schenectady, Schoharie, Scotia-Glenville,
and Shenendehowa.
Joshua is the fourth Fonda-Fultonville student
to serve as Lieutenant Governor in the past six year. He will be
officially installed as Lieutenant Governor at the New York
District Key Club Leadership Training Conference to be held
March 27–29.
Key Club is a high school service club supported
by the Fonda-Fultonville Kiwanis Club.
